You should expect to receive your refund in the form of payment you originally used. AWAC Hatz usually processes refunds within 7-10 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Some purchases are final such as ( MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOMIZED) will not qualify for 15-day returns, exchange or refunds.
For Exchanges, You may return new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the hat back. Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be sent with the return. If the return does not meet these requirements the customer may be subject to a $9.95 restocking fee. For Defective or Incorrect Item, AWAC Hatz will offer you a full refund or exchange if you've received an incorrect or defective item. Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be sent with the return item. Awac Hatz is responsible for the shipment of the hat back to us. Please notify us and we will email the shipping instructions. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchange outside of the 15 day policy window
