You should expect to receive your refund in the form of payment you originally used. AWAC Hatz usually processes refunds within 7-10 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Some purchases are final such as ( MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOMIZED) will not qualify for 15-day returns, exchange or refunds.

For Exchanges, You may return new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the hat back. Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be sent with the return. If the return does not meet these requirements the customer may be subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.
